Public Health Research Grant

Public Health Research Grant

Shahid Hussain Foundation believes that communities thrive in an environment where access to healthcare is adequate, reliable, and affordable. We believe in pursuing this through encouraging research, debate, dialogue and discussion. We support collaborations of practitioners and researchers to foster a culture of localized research and learning.

For this, we started the Public Health Research Grant with a total budget of PKR 4 million available to support innovative research in Pakistan. This would help in fostering a culture of meaningful research and learning within the Pakistani community and provide an understanding of the complexities within the country’s healthcare sector, eventually leading to a viable health policy solution.
