Under this project, Nur Center for Research and Policy in collaboration with the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is conducting a complete job analysis of all Health Care Provider categories in a low performing and high performing DHQ hospital in Punjab.

The general objective of the job analysis is to establish and document competencies/qualifications required for each position. Specific objectives of the project are as follows:

  • Evaluate connection between assigned tasks and competencies
  • Identification of training needs
  • Redesigning Job Descriptions (JDs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

A hybrid job analysis process will be used to include elements of both work-oriented and worker oriented methods.
